ON HOLD

It is with the heaviest of hearts that I announce we will be putting on hold our Pick Up & Take Away Service for Finish at Home and Food Boxes.

Last orders for this will be Wednesday 25th March, 2pm. We still have good amounts of Finish at Home dishes. And lots of loo roll.

Last collections for will be Friday 27th March, 4pm. If you have a collection booked for Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th March, we will contact you and organise earlier collection or we will deliver to you.

On hold while I can figure out how I can do it safer and better so we can serve our community more. I will be working with our supply chain partners in the next week so hope to make a return of sorts. It is of paramount importance I do not put the health of my team or our customers at risk. I am sorry if we are letting anyone down. Please watch this space.

As for so many others – the NHS, care homes, supermarkets, schools, other businesses like ours and our suppliers who aren’t getting the same financial options we are, the Government and many families throughout the world – this is as tough as it gets. Scrambling to try to know what to do and when, how to help my community, how to protect my team, how to protect my business.

I have been overwhelmed by the attitude and strength of my team, how they have supported me, understood what I am going through and their dogged fight to not let anyone down. I have been equally blown away by the support from you all, far and wide, who’ve sent messages, bought our produce and some, copious amounts of wine. I am grateful in more ways than words can express.

I couldn’t do this without my team, my ‘behind the scenes’ network of professionals working around the clock dissecting this new order of things. And to my family whose faith and help get me through each day. On hold, but hopefully not for long.

Piers
